Happy one month Lily Grace, I can't believe how fast it went by! You weigh 9 pounds and 8 oz, are wearing a size one diaper and somehow still manage to fit your rollie pollie body into newborn outfits!
You still love to wake us up 3-4 times a night to eat, and you really don't like to sleep on your back unless we make you. You started drinking from bottles at about 2 weeks, and you don't care where the milk comes from as long as you get it when you want it. You do like to scream bloody murder when no one is paying any attention to you, and you love it when we sing to you. Your Ya-Ya (my mom, Ivy) has been here since you were born and helping out all around the house and with you. It has been so nice having extra hands to help out and we are forever grateful. She sings to you every morning and every night before you go to bed. I'm afraid you are already a bit of a diva, but I guess I had that coming :). It was Daddy's birthday on February 12th. Sorry for sticking you in a box, you are too cute and it was the perfect prop! You love bath time and laying in Ya-Ya's lap!!!
You K-Paw (my dad, Keith) came to meet you for the first time! He absolutely loved spending every waking second with you!
We also had newborn photos taken! Anyone who has the patience to photograph newborns has my vote. It was not easy business, but they turned out great!

Taking care of a newborn baby is definitely not an easy adjustment but we are thankful for family and friends who have helped. Happy One Month Lily Bug, we love you more than you can ever imagine!!
